Pricing & Payment

What are your rates and payment terms?

- I offer a range of service packages, from budget-friendly options to premium Deluxe packages, ensuring flexibility to match your needs and budget. Pricing is based on the scope of work, required hours, and service level. Payments are securely processed through Wise or PayPal, with options for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly billing to provide convenience and flexibility depending on the packages availed.

- Upfront Payment: 50% of the total package price is required to reserve the package upon contract signing.

Do you require an upfront payment or deposit?

- Yes, I require a partial upfront payment to secure the service, depending on the package selected. The remaining balance follows the agreed billing schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

Are there any hidden fees?

- My pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees. However, additional charges may apply for urgent tasks, extra revisions, or expanded service requests beyond the agreed scope.

What happens if I need to cancel or pause services in the middle of the contract?

- I am committed to delivering high-quality work and ensuring client satisfaction. Due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable  BUT are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope of work completed. If you need to pause or cancel services, I require the following advance notice:

  • Part-time services – 7 days' notice

  • Long-term or Deluxe packages – 14 days' notice

  • Project-based or gig services – 3 days' notice​

To discuss the refund process, it will be sent via email upon request.

Do you offer discounts for long-term commitments?

- Yes! I provide special discounts for clients who commit to long-term services, such as quarterly or bi-annum plans, ensuring cost-effectiveness and consistency.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my package later?

- Absolutely! You can adjust your package based on your evolving needs.

  • Upgrades take effect immediately upon request, with the adjusted rate applied to the next billing cycle.

  • Downgrades require at least 7 days’ notice for part-time services and 14 days’ notice for full-time services before the next billing cycle.

  • Project-based or gig services CANNOT be downgraded once work has started but can be adjusted for future projects.

What payment currencies do you accept?

- I primarily accept payments in USD, but I can accommodate other currencies upon request through Wise or PayPal for seamless international transactions.

Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied with the service?

- I primarily accept payments in USD, but I can accommodate other currencies upon request through Wise or PayPal for seamless international transactions.

What happens if my payment is late?

- A 5-day grace period is provided. After this, a 5% late fee will be applied to the outstanding balance. Continued non-payment may result in a temporary hold or termination of services until the balance is settled.

Do you charge a reactivation fee for paused services due to non-payment?

- Yes, if services are paused due to non-payment, a reactivation fee applies before resuming work:

  • Pauses of 7-10 days: $50 flat fee.

  • Pauses of 11-21 days: $100 flat fee.

  • Pauses of 22+ days: 15% of the package price.

This ensures smooth workflow adjustments and priority scheduling. To avoid interruptions, timely payments are encouraged.

Will work continue if an invoice is unpaid?

- No, work will be temporarily halted if an invoice remains unpaid beyond the grace period. Services will resume once the outstanding balance is cleared, and consistent non-payment may lead to contract termination.

How are revision requests charged?

  • Minor revisions: free up to two times. Additional minor revisions are billed at $15 per request.

  • Major revisions or extra requests beyond the original scope are charged at $30 per task (project type) or $25 per hour, depending on service type.

  • Urgent revisions (24-hour turnaround) will incur a flat rush fee of $50.

Availability & Communication

What are your working hours and availability?

I offer flexible hours to accommodate different time zones. Let’s discuss a schedule that works best for you.

How do I communicate with you once we start?

- I provide updates via email, messaging apps, or your preferred communication channel.

Regular check-ins ensure smooth workflow and progress tracking.

Do you work on weekends or outside regular hours?

- Standard support is available during business hours. Weekend or after-hours work is available upon request and may incur additional fees. Rates vary based on whether the task is billed per hour or per project.

How quickly can I expect a response?

- I aim to respond within your preferred timeframe, e.g., 12-24 hours, during business days. For urgent tasks, priority response times are available for long-term clients.

What communication tools do you use?

- I primarily use Zoom, Google Meet, Email, and other communication tools for seamless collaboration.

If you prefer a different platform, I can adapt to your preferred tools.

Can you align with my time zone?

- Yes! I accommodate clients across different time zones and can schedule meetings at mutually convenient times.

What happens if I’m unavailable during our scheduled meetings?

- If you need to reschedule, I require at least 24-48 hours' notice to avoid any charges.

  • Rescheduling (with at least 24 hours' notice): No charges apply if you inform me at least 24-48 hours in advance before the scheduled meeting.

  • Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice):

    • A flat rebooking fee of $35 applies if you cancel within 24 hours of the meeting.

    • This compensates for the reserved time and ensures availability for other clients.

  • No-Shows (missed meetings without notice):

    • If you don’t attend the meeting and provide no prior notice, the $35 rebooking fee applies.​

    • This is standard practice to account for lost time and preparation efforts.

  • One-Time Courtesy Reschedule:

    • First-time last-minute cancellations are eligible for one free reschedule, provided you notify me as soon as possible.​

  • Last-Minute Task (Less than 6 hours' notice): $40 per task.

  • Weekend/Holiday Requests: $65 per task.

Clients are encouraged to book in advance to avoid additional fees. For frequent urgent requests, a priority service package may be available.

Contracts & Policies

Is there a minimum contract length?

- No long-term commitments are required, but I recommend at least 6 weeks to ensure a seamless workflow, effective implementation, and measurable progress. This allows time to refine processes, adjust strategies, and achieve optimal results. For project-based or one-time tasks, I offer flexible short-term engagements based on scope and timeline.

Can I pause my services instead of canceling?

- Yes! If you need to temporarily pause services, I offer flexible hold options. Depending on your package, services can be resumed within a set period, with a reactivation fee if applicable. (Reactivation Fee)

Do you offer month-to-month contracts or only long-term agreements?

- I offer flexible contract options, including month-to-month, short-term, and long-term agreements based on your needs. Month-to-month contracts provide flexibility, while long-term agreements (3-6 months or more) often come with discounted rates and priority support.

What is your cancellation policy for long-term contracts?

- A 14 to 30-day notice is required for cancellations, depending on the contract length. Early termination may result in a cancellation fee or partial refund, depending on the completed work and agreement terms.
Prepaid services are non-refundable but can be credited toward future projects, depending on circumstances.

How do you handle revisions or additional requests beyond the agreed scope?

  • Minor revisions (small adjustments within scope): Included at no extra charge, within a reasonable limit.

  • Major revisions or additional requests (outside scope): Billed separately at an agreed rate, either per hour or per task.

  • Urgent or last-minute revisions: May incur a rush fee depending on workload and turnaround time.

Do you offer a free consultation before starting?

- Yes! I provide a 15-30 minute free consultation to discuss your needs, expectations, and the best service package for you.

How soon can we start after I sign up?

- Start times vary based on availability, but I typically begin within 3-5 business days after finalizing the agreement and receiving the initial payment. For urgent requests, expedited onboarding within 1-2 business days may be available for an additional fee.

Do I need to sign a contract before we begin?

- Yes, a simple service agreement outlines expectations, confidentiality, and payment terms to ensure clarity and professionalism.

Is there a trial period before committing long-term?

- Yes! I offer a 2-week trial period so you can experience my services before making a long-term commitment. This includes full access to my support at your selected package level.

For larger projects, I also offer a 4-week paid trial at a prorated rate, ensuring a smooth transition into long-term collaboration.

  • The 2-week trial is ideal for testing workflow compatibility.

  • The 4-week paid trial offers a more in-depth experience with flexibility.
